This is a chainsaw carving that is on the boardwalk in Coos Bay, Oregon in honor of our service men and women.
Every year Reedsport hold a chainsaw carving event and this was done by one of the carvers and donated to the boardwalk for a Memorial.

Chainsaw! How do they do that? Thank you for sharing an image that is close to your heart. My sons are both Boy Scouts and I love when military men and women stop to talk to them about how wonderful it is that they are scouts:)
